Gluten-Free Lipstick - Red Apple Lipstick

I have a little different post today, about gluten-free lipstick from Red Apple Lipstick. My general feelings about gluten in cosmetics is that I avoid it. I read the ingredients lists for all of my cosmetic and personal hygiene products and don't buy products that contain obvious gluten ingredients but I won't call every manufacturer and check their processes. I made this judgement based on a research study of gluten levels in gluten-ingredient-containing cosmetic items. But I am very careful with lip and mouth products. They will be verified gluten free because they will be ingested. It's a compromise between availability and peace of mind.

That brings me to Red Apple Lipstick. To start, all Red Apple products are certified gluten-free. They are also paraben, soy, dairy, and allergen free. New York is a medium-toned nude, Sugar Sugar is a cool mid-toned pink, and Red! is a classic red.

These lipsticks have good lasting power, especially since they have a little bit of a staining quality. They go on smooth and pigmented. Some of these are from different lines and have different scents and formulas. The lipgloss is pleasantly minty. The lipsticks and rallye balm have mild, natural scents, probably from the combination of oils in them.
